Becky Schlag

Becky Schlag has over 20 years of experience as a licensed Accredited Residential Manager in the real estate management business. Since 2003, she has managed apartment units for a private property owner and overseen the growth of those properties from a few hundred units to more than 1300 units. During her time as Business Manager and Director for this private owner, she has been involved in all aspects of the business, including rent collection, evictions, leases, applications, accounting, and monthly reporting. She has also been involved in the acquisitions, construction, and disposition of many of the apartment units. Becky is currently a member of the Brown County Home Builders Association as the Multi-family Director.
